FundSource Limited (“FundSource”) operates under the following terms and conditions. In using FundSource you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

FundSource has been designed for New Zealanders residing in New Zealand. It operates under New Zealand law. If you are a member of, or a visitor to, FundSource, by entering the FundSource site you are agreeing to use FundSource on the basis of the terms and conditions set out below.

The aim of FundSource is to provide visitors and members with high quality investment information and research that helps them learn about investment and to make their own investment decisions.

Source of information

The articles that are written will be sourced from a number of places - FundSource analysts, members of investment researchers and Fund Managers and members of the financial community.

Caution on reading the articles

Some of the people writing the articles may well be experts on investment but the articles may reflect their opinion rather than fact. In any event, any or all of what they write may turn out to be incorrect or overshadowed by future events. We caution you to take this into account when reading the articles on FundSource. FundSource researches and monitors all the funds available on FundSource and provide investment research to all the major financial institutions in New Zealand. Whilst FundSource research is extremely reliable and FundSource will endeavor to keep the information regularly updated, computer errors may sometimes occur. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, the owners and operators of FundSource take no responsibility for any decisions made on the basis of that data, even if that data turns out to be wrong.

Privacy Act

Members, or visitors receiving the regular email highlights, consent to FundSource sending emails to them at the email address they have specified. Members and visitors will have the opportunity to "unsubscribe" to such emails.

Visitor and member email addresses will be stored in a number of places. Besides being stored at FundSource, they may be stored at your ISP, FundSource ISP and at a server that you use to access the internet.

While FundSource will store and use your email address and profile details for the sole purpose set out in FundSource, it is not responsible for the handling of this information by other parties in the internet infrastructure.
